TERMS

With original art and prints, it can be difficult to portray the colors exactly as they appear in real life. We do everything possible to make sure the colors are represented as accurately as possible. Prints will be marked as prints in the description and any original art will be marked as such. Please read the description carefully.

PRIVACY

This website, www.katietoombs.com, is hosted by Squarespace. Please visit Squarespace and see their Terms of Service and Privacy Policy to see how they use data received. We use Mailchimp for all subscriber emails. If you opt in as a subscriber to www.katietoombs.com you agree to the terms and conditions provided by Mailchimp. We also use Paypal to collect payment so please visit their Terms of Service and Privacy Policy as well.

Returns/Exchanges

Workshops are non refundable and non exchangeable.

Commissioned art is non exchangeable and nonrefundable. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please contact me directly.

Any artwork ordered from this site is non refundable….we offer an exchange with the buyer paying for return shipping and shipping for the replacement item. Exchanges must be received within 20 days of the original purchase date. Our goal is for you to be happy so we will work with you to make sure that happens!

SHIPPING

We beg you to double check your shipping address before submitting for orders. Any mistakes will result in a delay or returned package. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address we will ship again as the cost of the buyer.

All orders will be shipped within 5 business days and you will receive an email with detailed shipping information when it is shipped.

If you are local to the Memphis area and prefer to save on shipping, there is an option to do local pickup.

LOCAL PICKUP

If you are local to the Memphis area please let me know. I am located at 139 Main Street in Collierville and can arrange for pick up there.

One more thing…all images and work created by Katie Toombs are subject to Federal Copyright law. Refer to Title 17, Chapter 5 of the United States Code, Section 106A. Any images containing artwork by Katie Toombs must give credit to Katie Toombs, according to rights of authorship per section 510(a).
